Stretching

Before and after each movement, stretch.  Stretching your muscles will help prevent injuries and cramps by promoting blood flow, elevating oxygen levels, and delivering nutrients to your muscles.  Stretching, in a sense, sets us up for success.  (To enjoy streching as a movement, check out yoga).  Luckily, there are many... many stretching exercises, making it super easy to "mix things up" when you're feeling bored with your routine.
