(1) med  20g Carbs
Banana: (1) med 27g Carb
Grapes: (1) grape 1g Carb 
Watermelon: (1) cup 12g
Cantaloupe: (1) cup 13g
Honeydew: (1) cup 15g
Pineapple: (1) cup 19g
Strawberries: (1) strawberry 1.5g Carb 
Blueberries:
Raspberries:
Blackberries:

Fruit Salads:
(1) med Pineapple, (1) med Cantaloupe, (1) Honeydew
Makes about 10 cups, each cup is about 15g.
