Bike Riding

When we think of bike riding, we tend to think about the one movement we can all enjoy with our family... or at least our family is more than happy to do along with us!  You can even ditch the car once in awhile for this energy effecient mode of transportation, and increase your health at the same time.  Bike riding has the advantage that you can travel further with less energy... than say running or jogging.  Use this movement to run your errands, or simply enjoy the day!
