ACTIVITY

Activity, or exericise, is one of the five key areas we focus on here at the Diabetics of America Success Group.  Succeeding in your diabetic care is all about starting with little steps.  We like to start off small and gradually add other activities to enhance our outlook on life, and burn off calories in a healthy way.  Take a look at few of our favorite Activity and the benefits they will provide you:
